· Marc has always been upbeat and knowledgeable. He’s very quick to respond as well.
· Marc is very approachable and always willing to stop and help. I appreciate his positive, upbeat attitude even when he’s clearly super busy. Marc also understands the urgency and the need to address problems in a clear, concise, and timely fashion.
· Never once has her turned me away or declined to help me in a timely manner. Not only does he provide assistance quickly, he frequently explains one’s computer problems in layman’s terms.
